When done consistently, meditation can be powerful and transformative. But understanding its intricacies and sticking to a meditation routine is easier said than done. That's where I come in! Book weekly, bi-weekly or a one time guided personalized meditation with me and get just what you need in real time: energy, relaxation, healing, calming, clarity, focus, confidence, manifesting or all of the above. Sessions include optional lessons in mudras (gestures), mantras (chanting) and pranayama (breathing) to develop and hone your solo meditation practice. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation for total relaxation — 30 minutes of Nidra = 2 hours of sleep. It's best done as a midday 'nap' or before bed. I do groups as well! Think birthday parties, family reunions, anniversaries or corporate events. Meditation can be a great tool to strengthen bonds, increase productivity and improve relationships.
