When: On the eve of the New Moon! This “magical” night is when the sun and moon are completely aligned. It’s a time for celestial slate-cleaning, a summons to dream and an invitation to initiate. If goals and intention are clear and concise, we are ripe for growth.
Bring: Yoga mat, water bottle, journal, writing utensil and an open mind.
Provided: Vision board supplies and loads of inspiration.
