MS in Nutrition, CNS Candidate, 

E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, BFA in Dance

Thank you for dropping in on my site. In 1992, I embarked on a decade-long career as a Broadway dancer. I lived by a “no pain, no gain” mentality for many of those years. Consequently, I struggled with injuries, illness, and eating disorders throughout my young adult life. It wasn't until I discovered yoga in 1998 that I began learning to treat my body kindly. I never knew it was possible to feel both peaceful and powerful simultaneously! In 2001, I completed my first of two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and have been teaching yoga ever since. In 2022, I began pursuing a master's in nutrition education to help people feel even better in their bodies and minds.

I believe...

1. Everyone deserves and CAN feel good in their body.

2. It is never too late to start or too early to restart.

3. Having a purpose guarantees success So….
