Thank you for dropping in on my site.  In 1992, I embarked on a decade-long career as a Broadway dancer.  For many of those years, I lived by a “no pain, no gain” mentality.  Consequently, I struggled with injuries, illness, and eating disorders throughout my young adult life.  It wasn't until I discovered yoga in 1998 that I began learning to treat myself with kindness. A profound healing of my body, mind, and spirit followed. In 2001, I completed my first of two 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and have been teaching yoga ever since. In 2022, I began pursuing a master's in nutrition education to help people feel even better in their bodies and minds.  

Here's what I believe:

1. Everyone deserves and CAN feel good in their body.

2. Nourishing your body and mind fosters self-love, a growth mindset, a connection to community, profound peace, and longevity.

3. Healthy can be any size.

4. Grounding in purpose and intention leads to a healthier, longer, and happier life So….
