Thank you for dropping in on my site. Let me tell you a little about my journey toward yoga, meditation, and living an intentional life.  In 1992, I embarked on a decade-long career as a Broadway dancer.  For many of those years, I lived by a “no pain, no gain” mentality.  Consequently, I struggled with injuries, illness, and eating disorders throughout my young adult life.  It wasn't until I discovered yoga in 1998 that I began learning to treat myself with kindness. What followed was a profound healing of my body, mind, and spirit. But even after 25 years of practice, I continue to experience its transformative power.  My yoga practice is an anchor when life throws me off balance, a springboard when I am ready to create, and a power source as my body changes with time. 

Here's what I believe:

1. Yoga is for EVERYONE.

2. A mindfulness practice fosters self-love, a growth mindset, connection to community, profound peace, and longevity.

3. Grounding in purpose and intention leads to a healthier, longer, and happier life  

4. Everyone deserves to feel good in their body and mind.
